Ingredients

  • 1 can cannellini beans (15 oz)
  • 1 clove garlic (small)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp harissa seasoning

Instructions

  • Mince the garlic into small pieces.
You can skip this step if you are in a rush, but mincing the garlic ahead of time helps to ensure that it gets evenly dispersed throughout the dip. Add the garlic sparingly if you are sensitive to the taste of raw garlic.
  • Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Notes

Texture. If you find that your white bean dip is a little too thick and has some clumps in it, you should add a little more liquid to it and continue to blend the dip. We recommend adding a little water 1/2 tsp at a time.
